Payments made to us via Stripe will show up on your statements as SERVRONWEB or WWW.SERVRON.COM.
Our invoices are billed in USD (US Dollars).
Fees; Limitations on Refunds and Cancellation Fees
You agree to pay Servron, DBA PEAK MOMENTUM any and all website design and application development fee(s) and will be billed in accordance with the proposal agreement created for you and signed by you. The client further agrees that, in the event of any termination of this agreement by the client, all payments are non-refundable and non-creditable. The client further agrees to pay upon cancellation the amount of any amounts due for work completed to Servron LLC DBA Peak Momentum as provided in the proposal agreement created for you and signed by you. Servron LLC, Peak Momentum is hereby authorized to charge the client’s credit card account or bank account on file or other payment mechanism for any amounts owed from time to time by the client to Servron LLC, DBA Peak Momentum.
Proposals and Agreements
The proposal agreements that we create for you outline your goals, the services we will provide with a scope of work and billing period. Before we start any work or bill for any services you are required to review and sign the proposal agreement created for you. This ensures that both parties understand the services that will be provided, the costs and billing periods.
We use Qwilr to create our proposal agreements, Qwilr may collect information from you such as your IP Address, email address and signature. We recommend that you review Qwilr's privacy policy (https://qwilr.com/privacy) to understand how they handle your information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect from you for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and requests
- To provide you with information about our services
- To improve our website and services
Sharing Your Information
We will not share your personal information with any third party except Stripe for payment processing, Qwilr for the creating of the project proposal agreement, or unless we are required to do so by law.
Your Choices

Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Servron LLC, DBA Peak Momentum (and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses) incurred by Servron as a result of any claim, judgment, or adjudication against Servron related to or arising from (a) any photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, data or any other information, content, display, or material (whether written, graphic, sound, or otherwise) provided by Client to Servron (the “Client Content”), or (b) a claim that Servron’s use of The Client Content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party. To qualify for such defense and payment, Servron must: (i) give The Client prompt written notice of a claim; and (ii) allow The Client to control, and fully cooperate with The Client in, the defense and all related negotiations.
Limited Liability
In no event shall SERVRON LLC, DBA Peak Momentum be liable to customer for any indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance, lost profits, whether or not foreseeable or alleged to be based on breach of warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability, arising under this agreement, loss of data, or any performance under this agreement, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy provided herein. there shall be no refunds. servron makes no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, with regard to any third party products, third party content or any software, equipment, or hardware obtained from third parties.
Assignability
You may not assign your proposal agreement or the rights and obligations thereunder to any third party without the prior express written approval of Servron LLC, DBA Peak Momentum. Servron LLC, DBA Peak Momentum reserves the right to assign subcontractors as needed to this project to ensure on-time completion.
Term and Termination
The proposal agreement created for you shall be effective as of the date you sign the proposal. The proposal agreement may be terminated by either party upon 10 days advance written notice to the other, The proposal agreement may be terminated by Servron LLC, DBA Peak Momentum immediately if you fail to pay any fees hereunder; or if you fail to cooperate with us or hinders our ability to perform the services agreed to in the proposal agreement created for you.
Severability
If any term, clause, or provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause, or provision, and such invalid term, clause, or provision shall be deemed to be severed from the Agreement.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about updates.
